I do these body weight movements when I travel or am somewhere without equipment. I call it Wall Pilates! But really it’s just using what you have to sweat a little and get your body moving!
Do this circuit, 3 sets of 10
Left elbow to left knee - 10
Right elbow to right knee - 10
Side leg raise: right leg - 10, left leg - 10
Back leg raise: right leg - 10, left leg - 10
Back leg raise, micro pulse: right leg - 10, left leg - 10
