I knew nothing about building profitable, sustainable and acquirable businesses. 

But I wanted to learn and understand how to do it. 

At the very beginning of that journey, I set the intention for my evolution: I wanted to build and sell 30-50 businesses that would be acquired for $50 to $150 million and have $1 billion in liquidity. 

I created depth in my intention because it would reveal the process of what I needed to learn and grow into in order to achieve that goal.
