Enjoying freshly home bakes are the best!
Baked one of my favourite Japanese breads, the sweet boule!
It's has two endearing names, the Bo-shi pan (帽子パン) or the UFO pan (ＵＦＯパン) because it looks both like a hat and also a UFO spaceship.
They look so cute right? Love the delicious sweet crust and the super fluffy soft bread texture. Definitely will bake this again soon!
