伝説のアートディレクター 故 渡邊かをるさんに頂いたロレックス。 「 なんでも欲しい物をやるよ！」 かをるさんが言った。いつもつけられていたロレックスを指差して、「 じゃあ〜これください！」ってふざけて言ってみたら、1秒の躊躇もなく腕から外して僕に手渡した。 これを見るたび身が引き締まります。
This Rolex was a gift from Mr. Kaoru Watanabe, legendary art director who passed way recently.
"I will give you whatever you want." he said. I pointed his watch he was always wearing and said " Then, can I have that watch?" in jest. He took it off from his wrist without any hesitation and handed it to me. Every time I see this, I feel like he is watching me from a distance.
