Wimana Mediane sits with her son, Nuru, in a site where #Burundi refugees have settled in the town of Luvungi, South Kivu Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. They fled their home village in Burundi when violence erupted there in April. Ms. Mediane’s husband and eldest son were abducted by armed men.
