本日は、2015SS新作「ポーター フォイル」シリーズよりカードケースをご紹介いたします。
このシリーズは、植物タンニンのみをつかったなめし方法を長年守り続けているイタリア・トスカーナ地方のタンナーで作られた肉厚なヌメ革を使用しています。
その革に シルバー・ゴールドの箔を貼り、1枚1枚 ヤスリで表面を削ることによって出した独特の表情が最大の特徴です。
表面の箔 は使い込むうちに徐々に剥がれ、オイルをしっかりと含んだ革にツヤが増し、経年変化もお楽しみいただけます。
内装は、名刺以外にカードを入れられるポケットがつくなど便利な仕様になっています。
ブランドロゴは、刻印では難しい細かな文字も表現が可能なレーザーで焼き付けています。

Today we would like to introduce the Card Case of 2015SS "PORTER FOIL" series.
The leather used in this series is thick tanned leather from Toscana,
Italy sustaining the method of using only vegetable tanning for a long time.
The biggest feature would be the unique surface of the leather created by pasting silver and gold foil on this leather and filing it one by one.
The foil on the surface gradually comes off upon usage, and at the same time the base leather with oil soaked in becomes shinier as well. You are able to enjoy the natural aging process.
In ths inside there are pockets for your business card and cards.
The brand logo is made by burning the leather by laser, which enables to create small words that are usually difficult to do by engraving.
