I love my students on another level. I might yell and read every now and then but it's all out of love. Thank you @amandaspilinga8 for being such a great and loyal student since the days I was teaching at bdc. It's been great to witness how tremendously you've grown.

Always ask yourself what can be better.. Is it my timing, my feeling, the wrong foot??? If you don't constantly correct yourself then continue making the same mistakes. I might not do 10,000 counts of eight, but the few that I do I try to get you to understand the intent and momentum of every step. That's more important than doing a million steps without the right energy. Hope that advice helps
