Standing proud at the head of Yosemite Valley, Half Dome isn't just another pretty face. Some of the most incredible climbing lore in North America has been written on its walls. From Royal Robbins' first ascent of the Northwest Regular Route in 1957, one of the first big wall climbs ever in Yosemite, to @アレックス・オノルド's famous free solo of the route in 2008, Half Dome has seen many an epic play out on its flanks. All climbing history aside, it's always nice to look at.... @thephotosociety #stonemonkeys
