CUBAN- style SLIDERS

Great dish by the one and only Natasha aka #burgerqueen aka @thefeistykitchen

Here's her recipes @thefeistykitchen
Cuban-style Pork Sliders:
?1 lb ground pork sausage( @5280meat)
?8 slices good quality deli ham
?1T #FlavorGod's 'Everything'
?3 slices Swiss cheese, cut into triangles (omit for paleo)
?12 cornichon pickles (small gherkin)
?yellow mustard for garnish

Directions:
1. Gently mix together pork,2 slices ham (chopped), and @Flavorgod Seasonings and form into 6 meatballs and then flatten.
2. Cook in a cast iron skillet for 3-4 min each side. Then place Swiss cheese on top and broil for about 1 min until cheese melts.
3. Top with 1 piece of ham folded, then a skewer with 2 pickles, and a drizzle of mustard.
?Serve alone as an appetizer, or on tostones (plantain) bun or with tostone chips!
