Roo & Ginger have a more hate than love relationship. On bad days this is how Roo "talks" when she is entering a room he is in which is what is happening here. I've never seen or heard anything like it. Anyone else's kitty do this? Sometimes he is the instigator, sometimes she is. Can't figure them out.
