My first bread with freshly milled flour. I've forgot to buy a clamp and couldn't mount the mill. But it didn't stop me. It took me one hour to finely mill 300 grams of flour. It was a dramatic fight, my arm muscules hurt today so much. But I always say that two drops of sweat are the secret ingredient that makes everything special. 95% hydration for this 40% whole wheat was a little too much, but still...The taste, the aroma.
