????? #motivationmonday - love to my client @k_hende who is officially down 10# and ready to compete as a 69kg weight lifter!! Kristin had tried many many diets & coaches before she found flexible dieting and although i have not had the chance to meet her in person yet- i know first hand that it has changed her life.... from frustrated and exhausted eating under 1200 calories to living in carb heaven making PRs on strength movements every week. This is why i have chosen to do this- for the people that share the same drive that i have but just haven't found the right tools yet!
