74/100: trying new things :: tried my hand at dark chocolate strawberries for the first time. I'm guessing they were good because they're already gone. I used a double broiler on low heat with GOOD dark chocolate and stirred constantly until melted. Dipped ripe organic strawberries in, let it cool and voila!
