I was on the treadmill this morning reflecting on how there have been times that I have taken God for granted! When I don't pray. When I don't take out the 15 minutes to meditate on my blessings. When I get so busy and caught up in this world. God forgive me! But the flipside is when I'm at one with GOD there's nothing! Nothing! I mean nothing! That can stop me! Or you!
