enjoying a gorgeous glass of croatian rose from vinarija milos - we visited the family and toured their intimate wine cellar - I was fascinated with the oak barrel they have still in use from 1942 - the flavors of this rose are rich and complex - the grapes struggle on the steep hot hillsides and this only deepens their flavor - the wine is organic and each bunch is still harvested by the hands of the family #croatia #croatianwine #vinarijamilos #rose #simplepleasures #organic
