The thing with sport climbing and groveling over these mini roofs, is that once you're above them, you look down and all you see is air between your feet... Not the rest of the cliff, not your belayer, not even your last clip... You start over-gripping, breathing harder, your heart's beating faster... It feels terrifyingly exposed, but the airiness is also kinda awesome :)
