Being injured does really suck, buts you have to remember it's not an end all! Stay #motivated and #positive and you will come back faster and stronger! ? this is my 5th week after surgery and biking is really my best friend right now among other workouts. If my recovery keeps going like this then middle end next month I can started climbing with both legs!!!
