'Adventure' means different things to different people. But what is integral to any adventure is a step outside of your daily routine. In my life I've come to realize that these moments are the best life shaping experiences you can have.
So you may not be comfortable dangling over a cliff edge by one hand, but nearly all of us is capable of staying up all night far from the 'comforts of home' to watch one of the most epic sunsets and sunrises in your life. Know your boundaries and then take a step outside, even if it's a small one.
