It's in the 90s today where I live, how hot is it where you are? Word is there's a heat wave across most of the country, so I figured it's a good day to post about HYDRATION!
If you're doing any activities that require you to sweat it's essential you replenish your body with electrolytes and carbs or your body WILL rebel or at the least your performance will suffer. I've had some nasty run-ins with dehydration and they suck! Gatorade is a great way to fuel your body in these hot summer months! Add Gatorlytes and you're way ahead of the game!
