Another busy Saturday over! Thank you fir everyone who came. In the next 10 days our booking system is changing. Soon we will only accept bookings made through our website. We will also start charging for our appointments. Over the years we have had enough of people not showing up and not making the effort to cancel. We are not a traditional bridal shop as we MAKE every single dress and accessory, offer full be-spoke and alteration service! The appointment charge is redeemable against purchase. With the charge, we truly hope people understand the commitment to either show up or cancel with plenty of notice. This is not a extra way for us to make some money! Would love to hear your thoughts guys especially other bridal shops ?
