Top: JASMIN, soft chiffon cake with walnut sesame nougatine, jasmine flower mousse, osmanthus gel and mango jelly. So light in texture and a distinct yet not overpowering jasmine flower flavour, yums!
Bottom: SUMMER is a wonderful interpretation of summery colours with raspberry mousse, pistachio bavarois, forest berries jelly, pistachio sponge and glaze.
