I've ever had brioche and fish but never both together in one Glacier 51 Toothfish in golden brioche crust, with olives and corn sauce = ?+?+? definitely a worth-try dish on their list of mains which is all seafood except for a Fat-Free Ribeye
Not only good food, this place has a great view over Marina Bay too! ????
