From yesterday's photo shoot with Katie Simmons. Not going to let cancer and treatment break my spirit. I am a fighter and survivor and for all of those survivors out there don't let anybody tell you anything different. I worked hard at getting back in shape., Started with slow walks around my home and outside , then worked my way up to short hikes. Now I can hike over 4 miles, paddle board and swim. Getting back into shape takes time. Be patient. Time heals.
