Germany is the among the top producers of barley worldwide, which is not surprising since most of the barley is used to make beer. I've just returned to Alsfeld at the beginning of an extended trip to Europe to attend Visa Pour l'Image, where my "Nuclear Tourism" work will be exhibited this year, for the Alfred Fried Award Ceremony in Vienna, and to shoot for the German edition of National Geographic Magazine.
