58kg➡️63kg (127lbs/139lbs) #transformationtuesday almost 3 months working with @クリスティン・ポープ and I've got a booty back!! I struggled BAD mentally putting weight on intentionally, have called myself fat constantly and almost gave up multiple times. After some huge strength gains and learning to shift my focus from aesthetics to performance, I am finally starting to feel more comfortable in my own skin. At the end of the day, you decide which goals are the most important to you: mine are to lift heavy and become a competitive weightlifter.
