A #summer obsession: Pimiento Corn ?
Grill corn up to 12 ears. For batch of 12, here's the cheese topping:
4 oz pimientos drained
3 oz brick cream cheese
1 large clove garlic
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp yellow cheddar ( I use one w jalapeño in it)
1 teaspoon smoked Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Slather on hot corn. Yummmm
