Returning LTC (Ret) Chan Seck Sung’s salute after the National Day Rally last night. LTC Chan is our first US Ranger-trained commando and one of the pioneer servicemen who attended my Rally.

A big thank you to LTC Chan and others like him who have served the nation in the past 50 years. Singapore wouldn’t be here today without them. Let’s continue working together to build an even better Singapore! – LHL
