An active Eastern and Central #Pacific continues this week after a record setting weekend. Hurricanes #Kilo, #Ignacio, and #Jimena all reached category 4 strength on Saturday, the first time three storms have reached this intensity at the same time in the Eastern Pacific since the satellite era began in the 1960s. Ignacio has begun weakening and none of these systems are expected to impact land. Also, the NHC has given a high chance for the next storm, #Kevin (currently Invest 97E), to form this week off the coast of Mexico.
