#MotivationMonday Ive been making some gains lately. Why? The "WHILE IM HERE" method. If I'm doing a set of say 12/15 reps. When I'm done if I still have some gas in the tank, WHILE IM HERE I do 2/5 more reps. Those last reps are where the most gains are made especially on the last set of that exercise. You will find the weight u can lift will increase in your next workouts. A big part of working out is your mentality ???
