I've been working out with my brother Richard since I moved to Los Angeles. He's my family and an incredible friend. A consistently positive force in my life. We have been through hell and back so many times we know the shortcuts. This guy was there for me though the death of my parents, the birth of my success, every girl I dated (even the ones he didn't understand) and even a few I didn't understand.
I've had people over the years say they were my "friend" but they don't follow through unless I'm doing something for them. Not Richard. He's got a great heart and he's been around the world and back through his own success and has helped me find strength when I needed it.
