?Curious for your thoughts ladies:
I've been working on myself for the past few months (tryina get toned?) but am having a hard time breaking through a plateau. I try to eat healthy, but have the bad habit of overeating and snacking all day er'day???? Can't help it, I'm Portuguese and carbs are life?
EVERYONE has seen fitness and dieting teas on here. I'm curious if they actually work, and I'm sure a few of you are too. I've been thinking of giving one a try to see if it helps curb my appetite and really does everything it claims to do. Would you guys be interested in hearing about and seeing my personal results?
