Balette, a pretty buttercream-? cake (aka fraiser) but that apple-green marzipan fondant brought a fatal blow to the cake because it contributed unnecessary gummyness and sweetness. Plus, the sponge was dry.
Still.......why would anyone think of putting marzipan on a fraiser in the first place? ? Luckily, there are many other choices here to pick.
