Watermelon Salad with Basil & Chevre; perfect for the final days of summer.

2 quarts seedless watermelon cut into chunks
Dash of DEAN & DELUCA Coarse Sea Salt
Dash of DEAN & DELUCA Half-Cracked Black Peppercorns
10 basil leaves--torn or chopped
3 tablespoons DEAN & DELUCA Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles

1. Gently combine all ingredients except cheese
2. Top with goat cheese crumbles when ready to serve
