A #prisoner, in a Russian prison facility in the city of #Tomsk, #Siberia #Russia, suffers from the early stages of #Tuberculosis.
Russian prison system is rampant with the multi-drug resistant #TB.
The disease, which as been found on 2,000 year old mummies, has changed enough that modern medicine can't stop the spread.....this form of TB is fatal about 60% of the time. With thousands of prisoners leaving jail and re-joining society the spread is impossible to stop creating what can be defined as An Evolutionary Arms Race.
