Dinner tonight: Vegetable tempura on top of rice, we call it Kakiage Don かき揚げ丼 in Japanese. Warm dipping sauce for tempura is poured over the tempura and the rice. Vegetables are cut in strips, I used carrot, zucchini, green pepper and onion. A bowl of hot miso soup is served as well. Bon Appetite!
