My family calls this one Fish in a Sack - Mom made it in brown paper bags. Start with a handful of fresh green beans tossed with halved cherry tomatoes, garlic, shallots, tarragon, EVOO, and salt and pepper. Then take sustainable cod, place on top of a dab of butter. Splash with some dry vermouth and lemon. Seal in parchment and bake for 25 min in a 375F oven. #BandWidowDinner #18
