Every year I experience something at Burning Man that I hadn't in the years I've attended before, this year it was a wedding - or I should say "re-wedding." @matthewdenis and @katieanndenis celebrated 10 years of marriage this year, and in honor they decided to have another ceremony and reception and make some renewed promises to each other.

It was all perfect, even down to the bride moving the ceremony 3 different times because it's her re-wedding and she'll get re-married when she wants to! By the time the wind had died down on Saturday, and everyone was caked in enough dust to no longer care what we looked like, it was the perfect time for a wedding.

Surrounded by our best friends, and some brand new ones, they shared words and stories and some much needed end-of-the week tears were shed in honor of these two wonderful people. I've been really lucky to have gotten to know them so well the last 5 years, and can now call them best friends. 10 years is a hell of a long time, and I look to them as inspiration in trust, honesty, adventure, compassion, and friendship.

Congratulations, I love you and your love so much. Thank you for letting me chase you guys around the desert and play photographer on your special day. #burningman #denisfolk
