Cat Welfare Society (CWS) is a non-profit organization committed to frontline intervention to prevent the unnecessary culling of our neighborhood cats.

CWS also helps in the sterilization of cats and mediation and the humane treatment of strays where its strong partnerships with government authorities allow them to intervene when reports of stray cats are received.

I learnt about CWS recently when I met Joanne and her dedicated team and am so thankful for their passion and big heartedness towards helping our stray cats community in Singapore. I am sure many animal lovers will applaud them for their dedication and hard work.

However, I received news recently that CWS is currently struggling financially and has a sustainability of not more than 3 months. What will happen to our stray cats in our neighborhoods is unthinkable.
