😳 As I lumber into the gym this Sunday with little to no motivation, I see this during my warmup. 👴🏼❤️🙌🏼 This put things into perspective for me real quick and helped push me to step up my game and get it done! I was a geriatric nurse for 8 years and to see this man take the initiative for his health and fitness even at his age just made me smile ear to ear! We all have things that may hold us back or struggled to overcome. We all need motivation from time to time and seeing this gentleman kick ass not only put a smile on my face it fueled my fire! 👍🏼👏🏽👍🏼👏🏽 I am recovering from 18 days of jet lag, overeating, under training and overall getting back on my strict routine. This made me feel hopeful for all humans and grateful for whatever strength/health I have. #ProgressNotPerfection
