From banded to beautiful! @constancerobbins tried the new @matrix #Soblur on her gorgeous client Allison and we are blown away by the results!
FORMULA- On towel dried hair after highlighting, 2 parts Soblur Brighten + 1 part Soblur Cool with 20 vol on midlengths and ends FIRST. While that was processing I applied Soblur Cool with 10 vol at the scalp area and processed an additional 10 min.
