|Fig and prosciutto|

I just became a big fan of this combination----Spread some garlic and olive oil on bread and toasted it, then put some prosciutto, fig, creamcheese, basil and sprinkle some salt and pepper, then pour some maple syrup on top. Yum!

なんでもっとこの組み合わせを愉しまなかったのか、もったいないくらい美味しかったイチジクと生ハムのトースト。

ちょっと前に丹波地鶏の生ハムをゲットしていたので、出番がやってきましたよ〜?

オリーブオイルとニンニクを塗ってトーストしたあと、生ハム、イチジク、レモン果汁をまぜたクリチをのせて、上からバジルと塩胡椒をガリガリ、最後にメープルシロップで仕上げ！

久々にハマる味でした♡
ちなみにスプーンで形を整えたクリチ、斜めにのせたらハートになってた。女子（笑）
