I believe in the healing powers of the ocean - I've been floating on my back breathing deeply all day. Prana. Also, the most important aspect of healing injury or disease: focusing on love, not fear. Seeing yourself healed and focusing on healing is the most important part, no matter what you are moving through. It's easy to get stuck in thought patterns revolving the pain/hassle/difficulties an injury brings and it's good to remind ourselves that what we focus our attention on, we manifest. Direct your attention and energy toward getting better, not the problems this has brought or the situation that brought you here. There are no "if only's". No "should have's". There is only now.
