"On Sunday nights, locals set up a ready-made food market in an empty lot next to De Habana, a restaurant/bar that hosts a popular Sunday night party in Juba, South Sudan. While the economy of South Sudan is one of the weakest and underdeveloped in the world, Juba has been described as experiencing an "economic boom" since the country's independence in 2011."
