After telling his friend Tara that he really liked the very same movie he told Glen that he hated, Allan cannot tell which of these two seemingly opposed opinions is his own. He begins to feel like he has no true opinion of anything, since he felt like he was being honest with each of them, and experiences his first identity crisis. If Glen and Tara compare notes and confront him about his differing opinions, he thinks, he'll just say "Well, there were some good things about it and some bad things about it."
