Happy to be home! This week I was away at #CircleHouse Studios in Miami writing and recording new songs. When I'm in the creative process of making a record I go into "single task" mode, the opposite of "multi-tasking" and I focus 24-7 on the meaning and feeling of each word and note in the songs I'm making. I stay awake extreme hours writing and making additions and subtractions, surrounded by other great collaborators until it feels right. Fortunately Sara @saraluaagah @saraluadesigns understands this process and gives me that space while she is working on projects of her own. It still doesn't stop us from missing each other and that makes coming home and taking a walk in the fog at #Pescadero beach and driving highway 1 cranking new songs and singing out loud to them, even sweeter. #home #LoveLife #LoveSara #LoveOcean #OnceADay #earthlings
