Today after a long time I baked a #sourdough loaf. I had kept my sourdough starter alive without actually baking with it for a long time. This beautiful loaf is made of whole-wheat flour and whole-rye flour, all organic. I felt like I needed something more than a simple #bread so I added a lot of extra virgin oil, and more raw brown sugar than needed. I egg brushed the top and sprinkled some sesame seeds, linseeds and nigella seeds on it. The result? Incredibly good! It taste rustic and reminds you of pizza (we don't know why) and leaves a sweet taste in your mouth!
