Here's my BBQ CHIP CHICKEN SALAD

Seasoned with my #flavorgod seasonings!

One of my favorite dishes growing up was bbq potato chip chicken nuggets that my MOM (momma flavorgod)used to make for me when she would come home from work and not have a lot of time to prepare a full course meal.

I added a salad since I'm an adult now? and made the dressing from scratch. I have many salad dressings on my IG page that would work as well. Here's the recipe for the chicken.

INGREDIENTS:
?1-large bag of BBQ chips
?6 chicken thighs / diced into 1 inch cubes OR 2 chicken breast/cubed
?1-egg / beaten
?2tbs-#flavorgod seasonings to garnish and in egg
?salad mix

DIRECTIONS:
?Smash BBQ chips into tiny pieces inside unopened bag of chips
?beat eggs in a bowl and add choice of #flavorgod seasonings
?Dip pieces of chicken in the egg batter ?throw into smashed Bbq chip bag and coat well (after coating chicken with potato chips discard remaining chips)
?line the battered chicken pieces on a lined baking sheet
?Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake chicken for 10-15 min
?let cool and add to choice of leafy greens and favorite veggies
?Season with #flavorgod seasoning or my pink salt and pepper
