@Flavorgod Seasonings Chicken Zucchini Poppers

Here's another look at that delicious dish I made, this is so good. The guacamole recipe can be found further down my page.

INGREDIENTS
??1 lb. ground chicken breast
??1 cup - grated zucchini (leave peel on)
??3- scallions, sliced
??2 - clove garlic, minced
??1 tsp - #flavorgod Pink S&P or sea salt
??1 tablespoon - #flavorgod seasoning
1 1/2 tbps. -olive oil, for cooking (or coconut oil,or ghee)

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Combine all above ingredients (except oil)and mix well in a bowl.
2.Take a small amount and roll and flatten lightly into 1 inch popper/patties.
3.To cook on the stovetop:
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add poppers and Cook 8-10 at a time for about 5-6 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and the centers are cooked through.

Top with #flavorgod seasoning,Greek yogurt,tomatoes,guacamole, scallions and lime juice.
