Finally back to do #Aerial silks with the most awesome teacher @hazeliciousz who just opened her own Aerial Studio @aerialfitnessstudio.

Nevermind the terrible huffing and puffing (my own fault for the hiatus) , I enjoyed every bit of re-getting up the silk. Need more practice to regain my strength.
So no this is not a sponsored post (paid for my own classes) but truly something that I enjoy very much probably because I get to channel my ex-dancer energy.
