My normal stage competition stage weight is 107 pounds and I got up to 117 pounds most I had ever weighed didn't feel good about myself (yes I'm human) to the point I even stopped posting for awhile on social media. I am a competitor and use to being lean and stage ready all year round. But in reality it wasn't healthy and my body needed a break. - - Let me tell you it wasn't easy getting back into the swing of things it was actually one of the hardest things I've had to do. As a competitor there is no balance so it was very hard to find that balance. I realized I just needed to stop overthinking and JUST DO IT! Cardio etc. of course no one ever feels like doing it. If it were easy everyone would. I don't concentrate on the feeling I have before cardio or my workouts it's the awesome feeling of accomplishment and winning the mental battle after wards that I love. - - Challenging myself and coming out on top!?? Day in and day out. You may not realize it but everyday that you win the mental battle you become stronger and stronger little by little. Until you've become a beast and nothing can stop you! That little voice becomes quieter and quieter!???The sacrifices you make are very hard. But the results you see are amazing and so very worth it!?? - Don't give up patience and constituency are key! - My current stats are: - - Height| 5'1-3/4 Weight| 112 pounds -

Let me tell you it wasn't easy getting back into the swing of things it was actually one of the hardest things I've had to do.
